To View Democratic Management in the Perspective of College Culture

摘要:

大学作为一个文化组织，从事与文化相关的活动，以文化的视角研究大学问题，会把问题看得更透彻， 以文化的手段解决大学问题，会更有效果，大学的问题很多，民主问题也不例外。民主治理是大学治理的一种重要形 式，需要精神文化来引领，需要制度文化来约束，需要物质文化来保障。

Abstract:

As cultural organizations,colleges and universities are engaged in cultural activities,view the problems in the perspec- tive of culture,and solve problems through cultural measures.Democratic management is an important pattern of college adminis- tration.It needs to be guided by spiritual culture,be constrained by systematic culture and be guaranteed by material culture.
