我国体育教师劳动权利与法律救济研究

On Labor Rights and Legal Remedy of Physical Education Teacher in China

摘要:

长期以来，我国体育教师劳动权利立法与保障机制缺乏，加剧了体育教师劳动维权抗辩的难度。因此如 何在我国体育教师劳动立法层次结构的基础上，保护体育教师劳动权利及目前立法缺陷，提出体育教师劳动权利的法 律教济，对完善我国体育教师劳动立法和保障机制有着重要的现实意义。

Abstract:

For a long time,there is a lack of legislation of labor rights and legal guarantee in China.It increases the difficulties of labor right protection of physical education teachers.Therefore,it is important to protect labor rights of PE teachers and make up for defects of legislation,put forwards legal remedy for PE teachers through improving labor legislation system.
