普通高校“三创教育”面临的问题及对策研究

On the Problems and Countermeasures of "Three Creativities Education"in Colleges

摘要:

《2010-2020年国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》指出要以全面提高高等教育质量，提高人才培养 质量，提升科学研究水平，以便促进学生知识、能力和素质协调发展，培养出具有高度社会责任感、创造和创新精神、 勇于实践的高素质人才作为大学教育的发展方向。以此对高校学生“三创教育”提出要求，要求各高校积极转变办学 理念，树立以“三创教育”为指导方针，把培养具有“三创”精神和“三创”能力的人才作为高校新世纪人才培养的 目标。

Abstract:

In "2010-2020 National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan",the government pointed out the need to improve the quality of higher education,improve the quality of personnel training,improve the level of scientific research,in order to promote the students'knowledge,ability and quality coordinated development,cultivate high-quality talents with strong sense of social responsibility,creativity and innovation spirit and practice as the direction of development college education.Based on College students "Three Creativities"request,requires all colleges and universities actively change educational ideas,establish a "Three Creativities Education"as the guiding principle,to cultivate the spirit and ability of"Three Creativities"as the objective of cultivating talents in universities in the new century.
