Abstract:The number of labor disputes in enterprise group rises annually, whereas the name, legal stipulation, behavior result and prevention system of the labor dispute in our country are mostly vague. Aiming at the increasingly intense labor conflicts in the process of marketization of labor relations, the perfection of collective bargaining mechanism becomes more effective and more important. By observing the causes and consequences of several typical group labor disputes in China, it is particularly necessary to study the development law of enterprises, laborers and social coexistence and to reconstruct the mechanism of collective bargaining and negotiation, perfect the system of labor and responsibility of trade unions, and deal with the work disputes by law means to reduce their negative effects.
