论我国当前“人才大战”中需要关注的几个问题

On Some Issues Deserving Deep Thinking in the Current "War for Talents" in China

摘要:

当前国内很多城市的人才大战依然处于白热化。面对这样的形势，各城市在充分认识人才重要 性并且采取实际行动并产生明显效果的情况下，关于这种人才大战背后的原因，以及人才大战中可能面临或者 带来的问题与矛盾、挑战，也引起人们的很多理性思考和关注。本文在对当前人才大战的现状和基本特征，人 才大战产生的原因进行分析的基础上，重点对人才大战中可能面临的五个重要的关系和矛盾提出了理论思考， 同时围绕这五个方面提出了相应的政策建议。

Abstract:

At present, the talent war among cities is still in full swing in China. More and more cities, facing this situation and being aware of the importance of the talent, have taken practical action and achieved initial results. However, the reasons behind the war and the issues, contradictions and challenges brought about by this war have aroused much concern and need to be addressed accordingly. This paper, on the basis of analysis of the current situation of the talent war and its basic characteristics and causes, presents the author’s own reflection on the five important relations and contradictions possibly seen in the talent war and puts forward some recommendations for policy makers in dealing with these relations and contradictions.
