A Review of the Trade Union Studies in China since 1978 —— Remarks on the Basic Tendency and Characteristics of China’s Trade Union Studies

摘要:

对国内近 40 年间的中国工会研究文献进行分析发现，中国工会研究一直表现出强烈的时代特点 和现实关怀，其学术规范性在日趋增强，研究内容和方向也趋于多样化。今后中国工会研究应将结构分析与机 制分析相结合，同时应加入历史维度。

Abstract:

A review of the trade union studies since 1978 shows that the trade union studies in China have strong characteristics of the times and practical care. Moreover, the academic standards of these studies have been improved, and its research contents are diversified greatly. Hence, studies of trade unions in the future should combine structure analysis with mechanism analysis for better and more in-depth results. In addition, specific attention should also be paid to the historical study of trade unions in China across times.
