Abstract:Talents are the foremost resource for the long-term development of an organization. The advent of artificial intelligent era in the recent decade witnesses some key breakthroughs to get rid of the bottleneck of talents management involved in how to use intelligent technology in selecting, using, educating, retaining, and storing talents effectively. Based on challenges and opportunities of precise talents management in the era of artificial intelligence and combining with the theory of "fit or not" in building a precise talents management system, this paper discusses the specific application of "AI Talent Management Expert System" to help organizations optimize precise talents management.
