Abstract:Labor adjustment in enterprises refers to the fact that companies, in response to the off and peak seasons, borrow employees in short term through negotiations to solve the surplus and shortage problems of employees. This practice can safeguard the normal production of enterprises. At the same time, it can increase employees' income in off-season, which can stabilize the workforce of enterprises. Labor adjustment in enterprises belongs to "flexible employment mode" and it is different from non-standard labor relations like the labor dispatch and offering free help group. In order to guarantee the carrying out of the orderly labor adjustment, it is necessary to enhance the construction of information platforms and consultation channels so as to solve problems brought about by labor relations and human resource management.
