系统梳理概括了国际劳工组织百年发展中的五大贡献，研究表明，几乎每个改变社会和劳动的 事件都与国际劳工组织密切相关，在关键的历史时刻它发挥了重要的作用。中国与国际劳工组织的联系源远流长。 中国政府和工会、雇主组织在劳动立法、就业促进和社会保障的价值理念、体制机制等方面，吸收了国际劳工 组织和国际劳工标准的有益经验和积极影响，履行了国际劳工组织成员国的义务。因此，无论是要构建和谐劳 动关系，还是致力于积极参与国际劳动治理，都需要加强对国际劳工组织和国际劳工标准的基础性和应用性研究， 以便不断加强我国劳动社会保障法制建设，为促进体面劳动，实现社会正义做出贡献。

Abstract:

This paper, by systematically summarizing the five contributions to the development of the ILO in the past 100 years, demonstrates that the ILO plays an important role at critical historical times, and is closely linked to almost every event brought about changes in the society and labor. China has a long history with the ILO. In the aspects of labor legislation, values on employment promotion and the social security, and the institutional mechanism, the Chinese government, trade unions, and employers' organizations have adopted the useful experience and positive influence of the ILO and international labor standards, fulfilled its obligation of the member states of the ILO. Therefore, China needs to strengthen the basic and applied research into the ILO and international labor standards both in aspects of building harmonious labor relations and actively participating in international labor governance, so as to constantly strengthen its legal system construction of labor and social security and make contributions to promoting decent work and realizing social justice.
