Abstract:In the past five years, the trade pull effects of the "Belt and Road Initiative" countries became increasingly distinct, but the impacts of the labor relations of Chinese enterprises influenced by regional risk factors arose gradually. Of the regional risk factors, the national factor is the primary one, and is followed by employers and engineering factors. The labor relations risk is moderate across 20 out of the 24 port countries participating in the "Belt and Road Initiative", while that of the Algeria and the Bahamas is of the highest, i.e. the degree of safety is the lowest, whereas that of the Canada and Tanzania is above general, i.e. the degree of safety is of the highest. The interconnections between Chinese enterprises and the local politics, economy, cultures, and social environments result in the polarized development trend of the labor relations in China. One pole extends to the micro network, i.e., with the rise of Internet + platform enterprises, the labor relations risk shows the trend of network development, while the other extends to the macro region, and with the promotion of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, the risk of its labor relations presents the trend of regionalization.
