Abstract:Whether or not the emotional labor of young teachers in the college and university causes overwork has an important impact on their personal health, organization and social development. The study explores the mechanism and influence path of the emotional labor on excessive labor, verifies whether the emotional labor affects excessive labor through the intermediary role of occupational stress, and examines the moderating role of organizational support between them. The results show that the emotional labor has a significant positive effect on occupational stress and overwork. Occupational stress plays a partial intermediary role between emotional labor and overwork, while organizational support in the surface play of one of the factors of emotional labor and overwork plays a negative adjustment role.
