Coordinating the Promotion of the Integrated Construction of Labor Education with the Goal of Cultivating Newcomers of the Times

摘要:

党的十九大确立的培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人战略任务，为新时代中国特色社会主义人才 培养工作指明了方向，也为统筹推进新时代大中小学劳动教育一体化建设提供了指导。研究认为，大中小学劳动 教育一体化建设具有可行性、必然性、实然性，新时代又面临最新的育人目标、全面的教育体系、更新的教材内容、 先进的实施方法等现实要求，因此，各学段的劳动教育都应以社会主义核心价值观为引领，以培养担当民族复兴 大任的时代新人为目标，制订劳动教育一体化大纲，实现劳动教育一体化联动，凝聚劳动教育一体化合力，构建 劳动教育一体化平台，统筹推进大中小学劳动教育一体化建设，助力培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

Abstract:

The strategic task of cultivating newcomers of the times established by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation has pointed out the direction for the training of socialist talents with Chinese characteristics, and it also provides guide for the overall promotion of the integrated construction of labor education in the new era. This study believes that the integrated construction of labor education in the university, secondary school, and primary school levels is feasible, inevitable, and practical. The new era is faced with realistic requirements such as the latest educational goals, a comprehensive educational system, updated teaching materials, and advanced implementation methods. The labor education of each school period, thus, should be guided by the core socialist values with the goal of cultivating the newcomers to take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation, to formulate labor education integration programs, to realize labor education integration linkages, and to create labor education integration joint forces, to build an integrated platform for labor and education, to coordinate the promotion of the integrated construction of labor education in the university, secondary school and primary school levels, and to assist to cultivate responsibility of the newcomers for the task of national rejuvenation.
