企业社会工作 ：解决农民工婚恋问题的新路径

Corporate Social Work: A New Path to Resolving the Marriage and Love Issues of Migrant Workers

改革开放以来，随着城市化的深度发展以及工业化进程的加快，出现了数以亿计的农民工群体。 农民工群体是社会工作重要的服务对象，农民工问题是关系国计民生的重大问题。农民工婚恋问题是农村劳动力 向城市转移过程中出现的各种社会现象中的一个重要方面，因而成为_个值得研究的领域。研究认为，农民工婚 恋问题与企业社会工作关系密切，企业社会工作在解决农民工婚恋问题方面存在先天优势。研究建议，企业社会 工作机构和社会工作者应该通过企业、社区场域，并依托工会和党建资源，不断完善社会工作模式，实现以企业 社会工作路径解决农民工婚恋问题的常态化。

Abstract:

Since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy, with the in-depth development of urbanization and the acceleration of industrialization, hundreds of millions of migrant workers have emerged across cities. The group of migrant workers is an important service target of social work, and the issues of migrant workers are a major problem related to the national economy and people* s livelihood. The marriage and love issues of migrant workers are an important aspect of various social phenomena in the process of the transfer of the rural labor to the city, and thus has become an area worthy of research. The study believes that the marriage and love issues of the migrant workers are closely related to corporate social work, and the latter has an inherent advantage in resolving the marriage and love issues of migrant workers. The research suggests corporate social work agencies and social workers continue to improve the social work model through enterprises, community fields, as well as relying on labor unions and party-building resources, so as to achieve normalization of the corporate social work in resolving the marriage and love issues of migrant workers.
