Abstract:The new employment form based on the network platform not only creates a large number of new jobs and opportunities, but also brings new issues and challenges for the protection of labor rights and interests. Reviewing the policies issued by various government departments at all levels in recent years related to regulating the employment behavior of platform enterprises, it can be seen that China has entered into the fast lane in terms of improving the system and complementing the shortcomings of the protection of labor rights in the platform economy. Hence, perfecting the employment and labor security system of platform enterprises has become the important starting point for our country to guide and regulate the healthy development of the platform economy. The study believes that the construction of our country's labor security system will present four major development trends in the future: the system will be more precise and differentiated; the construction and improvement of a multi-level social insurance system will become an inevitable requirement; workers with new forms of employment will be included in the employment public service system; and the labor rights protection system promoted through consultation will accelerate its establishment and improvement.
