劳模精神何以进入中国共产党精神谱系？——以马克思主义劳动政治观为视角

How Does the Spirit of Model Workers Enter the Spiritual Pedigree of the CPC?------ From the Perspective of Marxist Labor Politics

中国共产党将劳模精神纳入党的精神谱系中，在主体形态、价值形态基础上发展出劳模精神的 政党形态，实现了劳模精神与马克思主义政党精神的双向互嵌与内在联结。本研究从历史发生学视角对中央苏 区时期劳模运动历史情境进行回溯与分析。研究认为，劳模精神与苏区精神、井冈山精神同根同源，都是由同 一社会历史场景型塑而成的精神标识和精神样态。更为关键的是，中国共产党将马克思主义劳动政治理论同中 央苏区劳动生产和政治革命实践有机结合起来，推进马克思主义劳动观的中国化再造和话语创新，构建出中央 苏区劳模精神，成为中国共产党精神谱系中第一个以劳动为主题的精神符号。劳模精神是共产主义劳动伦理的 生动写实，它与马克思主义政党精神和中国共产党政治文化高度一致，是中国共产党组织群众、引导群众的强 大精神力量。

Abstract:

The Communist Party of China ( CPC ) incorporates the spirit of model workers into the Party*s spiritual pedigree, develops a modelworker spirit party form based on its main form and value form, and realizes the two-way embedment and internal connection between the spirit of model workers and the Marxist party spirit. From the perspective of historical genetics, this study reviews the historical situation of the model workers movement in the Central Soviet Area. It finds that the spirit of model workers shares the same root as the spirit of the Soviet area and that of Jinggangshan, and they are all spiritual signs and mental states molded from the same social and historical scenes. More importantly, the CPC organically integrates the Marxist labor political theory with the labor production and practice of political revolution in the Central Soviet Area, promotes the Sinicization of Marxist labor outlook and innovation in discourse, builds the spirit of model workers in the Central Soviet Area and becomes the CPC's first spiritual symbol with labor as the theme in the spiritual pedigree. Hence, the spirit of model workers is a vivid reality of the communist labor ethics. It is highly consistent with the spirit of the Marxist party and the political culture of the CPC, and is a powerfill spiritual force for the CPC to organize and guide the masses.
