Abstract:Building an autonomous knowledge system of the Chinese trade union centered on the discipline of trade union studies is an objective requirement for constructing a philosophy and social science system with Chinese characteristics, and it is also an inevitable demand for the trade union to implement the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. The construction of the discipline system of trade union studies needs to be coordinated and advanced in an integrated manner across local trade unions. As the main platform for the education and training of trade union cadres, local trade union schools should play an important role in the construction of the discipline system of trade union studies with Chinese characteristics. This study analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by local trade union schools in promoting the construction of the discipline system of trade union studies using literature research, field surveys, and interviews, and proposes corresponding optimization strategies aimed at deepening the discipline construction and promoting the high-quality development of local trade union schools.
