Abstract:The beauty of labor, as a social ethos in the new era, is a tangible representation of the aesthetic relationship that arises from the labor process, fundamentally rooted in emotional experiences based on labor practice. From the perspective of fi gurative thinking, the essence of labor beauty reveals concrete images of reality, representations of a better life, and vivid depictions of humanity, characterized by imagery, the intermingling of emotions and reasoning, and transcendence. Hence, the process of generating labor beauty is not about theoretical deductions or logical arguments, it requires integrating current human experiences, infusing labor into human survival, life, and living imagery. Thus, in cultivating labor beauty in the new era, one should not be limited to the epistemological pursuit of knowledge but should elevate the discussion to an ontological level of life's emotional experience. Therefore, nurturing labor beauty necessitates not only the shaping of typical images and vivid narratives but also the organic integration of narrative and reasoning, achieving both emotional resonance and rational analysis, thus realizing the unity of emotions and reasoning.
