百年来，中国共产党把马克思主义工运理论与中国具体实际相结合，在中国工会理论与实践的不断创新中形成了中国特色社会主义工会发展道路。在新民主主义革命时期，中国工会坚持马克思主义工运理论同革命斗争实际相结合；在社会主义革命和建设时期，中国工会围绕组织职工参加国家、社会建设事业，不断进行理论创新；在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期，中国工会探索出社会主义市场经济条件下的工会工作新路子；在中国特色社会主义新时代，习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述为工运事业和工会工作指明了方向。中国特色社会主义工会发展道路的核心要义是“六个坚持”，即坚持党对工运事业和工会工作的全面领导，坚持全心全意依靠工人阶级的根本方针，坚持服从和服务于党的中心任务，坚持工会组织的政治性、先进性、群众性，坚持以服务职工群众为生命线，坚持依法依章程开展工作。新时代下，要深入学习宣传、积极践行、丰富和拓展中国特色社会主义工会发展道路，使中国工会和广大职工群众在强国建设、民族复兴伟业中不断作出新的贡献。

Abstract:

Over the past century, the Communist Party of China has integrated the theory of Marxist labor movement with China' specifi c realities, forging a path of socialist trade union development with Chinese characteristics through continuous innovation in trade union theory and practice. During the period of the New Democratic Revolution, Chinese trade unions integrated Marxist labor movement with actual revolutionary struggles. In the socialist revolution and construction period, they focused on organizing workers to participate in national and social construction, continuously carrying out theoretical innovations. In the era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, Chinese trade unions pioneered new methods of union work under socialist economic conditions. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, General Secretary Xi's important discussions on the working class and union work have charted the course for the labor movement and trade union work. The core essence of the development path of Chinese trade unions is "Six Upholds" principle: persist in the Party's comprehensive leadership over labor movements and union work, wholeheartedly rely on the working class, uphold subordination to and service for the Party's central tasks, uphold trade unions' political consciousness, advanced nature, and orientation toward the people, serve the interests of workers as a lifeline, and conduct work in accordance with laws and regulations. In the new era, we must deepen our study, actively practice, continuously enrich, and expand the path of socialist trade union development with Chinese characteristics, ensuring that Chinese trade unions and the broad masses of workers continue to make new contributions to the construction of a strong nation and the great cause of national rejuvenation..
