在高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻的今天,引导和鼓励大学生到基层就业,是新时期党和政府的一项重要举措。本文从大学生面向基层就业对建设小康社会、构建和谐社会的重要性出发,分析了制约大学生面向基层就业的因素及解决问题的思路,鼓励大学生到基层去建功立业。

Abstract:

Recently,the employment position of graduates of colleges and universities is more and more severe.To channel and encourage them to get job at grass roots,is an important measure of the Party and the government.The article analyses the conditions and solutions of employed graduates at grass roots,through researching on the importance of employed graduates at grass roots for building a well-off and harmonious society.
